Can you imagine…

Why does this happen?

It happens because we’ve believed for decades that our only priority and mission is the well-being of others.  We are put on the backburner.  Until we take the time to challenge those beliefs, we will never feel empowered to make a change and stop the burnout.
 
We feel defeated because we believe this is how everyone feels, it’s how we are “supposed to feel”... but this is not true!  “This is a product of the sacrifice we have made to become physicians”, we say to ourselves. 

We took an oath to help others.  And now it’s time to take an oath to help ourselves.

I’ve coached hundreds of female physicians and have discovered the first step to getting unstuck is to learn what our “why” is.  Our why is our purpose.  It’s the thing that when our back is against the wall, we still have one trick up our sleeve, one reason to keep going.

 

This is important because it is the driving force for everything we do.  If we don’t have a “why” we get lost in the shuffle and the hustle and bustle of what we have to do in our career and there is no reason to do or be more, which makes us feel empty.  Our entire identity becomes a woman physician while trying to squeak in being a partner, a mom, a runner, an artist, a foodie, a traveler...

 

You can become the person who is in love with her life.  You can take away your titles and your belongings and be the person who says- “I am perfect right here and now.”

My name is Ali.  I’ve been a physician for 15+ years and my life was exactly like every other female physician that wasn’t putting herself as a priority in her life.  I’ve been there - spending hours and hours in the neonatal critical care unit.  Endless shifts.  Being away from family.  Not sleeping… (sometimes I swear I hear the bells for the heart rate monitors going off.)

So what exactly is this program?  Let’s take a look at my TRANSFORM program that is proven to get you where you want to be:

TRANSFORM is a 6-month group coaching experience for the woman physician who wants to transform her life and prevent/overcome mental, emotional and physical burnout.  It is unlike any other.  We break down your transformation into 3 phases that last 2 months each.

In phase 1, we uncover all of the limiting beliefs that are showing up in your life.  We do this by investigating 8 of the most common thought distortions and then diving deep to see how exactly they are showing up.  We then learn how to overcome these limiting beliefs so that we can start getting new (and immediate) results in our lives.

 

In phase 2, we learn how to process our emotions.  We will use 8 of the most powerful negative emotions and learn how to process each one.  We will then learn how to channel the emotions that we want to feel all the time- this is where massive transformation takes place.

 

In phase 3, we focus on the physical transformation.  Using a realistic and effective nutrition and exercise program, we learn how to achieve big results while gaining food freedom.  We do not use a scale or food prep, we use pictures and intuition.  It is amazing what we can accomplish in this 3rd phase.

FAQ’s

Is this a weight loss program? The short answer is no.  However, if your body has extra weight that is preventing it from being at its optimal health, the answer is yes.  This program is about accepting your unique body, setting realistic goals for your body, learning and adopting a sustainable food and exercise plan, and seeing real results all while enjoying the journey.

How can I make significant changes in a group setting?  Every member that enrolls in the group has one thing in common, she is all in.  She is all-in to achieve her own goals, but she is also all-in as your accountability sister.  Together we are stronger...together we learn more...together we are unstoppable.

How much time will this program take, I already have very little time?  This program is meant to add hours to your life, not take them away.  With the private member podcast, you will have a short 10 minute lesson each week.  The time commitment is attending or listening to the weekly coaching calls...this will allow you to take massive action toward making your transformation.  If you could transform your life in a little over an hour per week, would you?

I am not coordinated, will this program require me to exercise?  We meet you where you are.
