We will be releasing our program soon!! This program will offer 3 phases so that EVERYONE can get the strength training that they need on a weight loss journey. Phase 1 is for the individual who will do best exercising in a chair. Phase 2 is for the individual who can exercise standing and can do a squat without weights. Phase 3 is for the individual who has good balance and can perform more complex movements.
