Why our program was created.

I created The FIT Method™ because it’s the one I wished existed—for myself.

As a physician, a coach, and a human navigating my own health, I’ve lived the frustration of trying to “do everything right”… and still feeling like something was missing. I’ve experienced the disconnect between knowing what to do and actually being able to sustain it in real life.
