Video 2: This is a cooking video where I go through one of my mindful macro recipes. As a busy physician, mom, wife, (insert responsibility here), you need those quick 10 minute stove to dinner table recipes. I give you just that! Its a special Chili recipe I've perfected over the years to get you a healthy, delicious dinner in 10 minute that you are actually excited to eat.

Video 3: This video gives you a sneak peak on the foundation of the Life Coaching Society monthly membership: the thought model. If you've never heard of it, this video is a great primer. I share with you the same thought work system I use with my clients that have resulted in life altering changes for them. With this simple yet effective system they've been able to:

Transform Your Body

What is your ideal body weight? Let me tell you a secret, it might not be within "normal range BMI". So many of my clients are in healthy weight range but are not within a normal BMI range. I will show you a 5 part fitness plan you can do in 10 minutes that can help you feel good and maintain your healthy weight. And spoiler alert, sometimes that healthy weight is not going to be "normal BMI range." Watch this video for a sustainable fitness plan I've used over the years, even with a busy physician schedule. Eat food that you look forward to eating.

Nutrition doesn't mean Nutrisystem, Keto, Starvation, no flour and no sugar diets (the list goes on). I don't teach fad diets. Because guess what? It just doesn't work. The more you tell your body that a food is off limits, the more your body craves it and overeats. That diet can work for a few weeks, and help you lose a few pounds, but once you stop that fad diet, you are right back to overeating and weighing more than you did before the diet. Restrictive diets are just not sustainable and I've seen that with my clients who have failed other restrictive diet based programs. I will show you a sustainable way to feed your body and actually look forward to the meal you are eating. In this video, I go over one of my tried and true mindful macro recipes here that is healthy and delicious.
